Say "hello" to Digital Workers - 0100100001100101011011000110110001101111

Yep, I hear you “0100100001100101011011000110110001101111” is just a bunch of 1s and 0s which are unlikely to make any sense to any of us!!  

In fact it is “hello” in binary language and the magic of Generative AI, Chatbots and natural language models is that every one of us can now work with a digital worker without speaking in 1s and 0s.

This has been possible for many years but the advancement of Generative AI and Conversational AI means that all of us can interact with our digital worker colleagues (also known as AI, computers, chatbots etc) in a way that just feels natural.

What is even better is that the tools are available to all of us today - giving our experts the opportunity to spend more time in their area of expertise and less time on repetitive and time consuming tasks.  So the questions we have to ask is where can we add more value rather than can I get the job done.  

There is still lots to learn, and risks such as introducing bias to watch, but keeping a human (expert) in the loop seems a practical way to still rely on the expertise and experience of our team without having to burn their time on the less valuable tasks needed - and free us all up to continue to transform the way we work.
