A few days ago I already posted an article linked to Brazil "Human rights or enough food? ..." and now again Brazil is being mentioned. Some things eem to be going in the right direction in that country since the new president took over.
The program aims to support the promotion of decent work and social justice in developing countries in North and South America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Four main issues are being addressed: 1. child labour and forced labour, 2. occupational safety and health (OSH) and labour inspection, 3. gender, race, and generational equity and promotion of equality in the world of work and lastly 4. decent employment and social protection.
