The European Commission has published draft FAQs on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on Aug 6th 2024 which should clarify the definition or meaning of certain provisions within the CSRD, the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
